That is bare nonsense, Heroes Day should be the 3rd Friday in April despite it is in honour of Sir Grantley's B'day and Labor Day should be the 1st Monday in May
That is why MLK day in USA is 3rd Mon in Jan, as Presidents' Day for Lincoln & Washington, who have similar Feb b'days, is close on the heels of MLK
